This is one of my favorite posts from you yet! Possibly because it’s been the theme of my week, learning how to say “no”. I’m such a “yes” person and the pressure to “be” or “do” is sometimes so overwhelming, and to think…I only have 1 kid and she’s 8 months old! Thank you for this post. Thank you for being honest.

I think THIS is a tip. That it’s okay to say no and take a break when you need to do, instead of doing something out of obligations that you really don’t have time or desire to do.

This is such an important lesson for mom’s to learn. Sometimes you just need to say no and that’s ok. I hope you have a relaxing (or as relaxing as you can manage) day!!
