I don’t know who said it first, but a quote that has stayed with me says “A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove. But the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child.” We have often been taught by our church leaders that the most important work we will ever do will be within the walls of our own homes. You make a profound difference in the lives of your children, who will remember that influence all the days of their lives. And they will share that influence with their children and grandchildren. What an amazing legacy. I couldn’t be more proud of you!
